Ms K. K delivered a baby boy, her third child on August 6, 2008.<

This is her experience with Dr. Yoza.

I gave birth to my son at 4:50 a.m. on August 6. I met Dr. Yoza in the afternoon of the same day. My baby was big, 8 pounds and 14 ounces. I lost a lot of blood during my delivery and became anemic. Several hours after childbirth, I needed the help of a midwife to use the bathroom. I felt extremely dizzy when I stood up out of bed and I could not stand up straight. The pain was so severe that it made me feel too dizzy to stand. I gave up on going to the bathroom and needed more help from the midwife to return to my bed. I received pain medication, but my condition didn’t improve. Dr. Yoza arrived in my room just as I was about to receive more pain medication. I could not sit up straight in bed. I needed to lean forward whenever I tried to sit up. I could not straighten my spine because I would become very dizzy and experienced severe pain.. As soon as Dr Yoza put his hand on my back I felt my pain subside immediately and within seconds I was able to stand up straight. I was able to get out of bed by myself. There was no pain in my spine as I walked to the bathroom by myself and I didn’t need the help of a midwife. I also suffered from afterbirth pain. I was told that a mother who had more than one delivery often experienced afterbirth pain. I was suffering from this afterbirth pain. However, as Dr. Yoza put his arm around my back while we had a commemorative picture taken, I felt the pain ease away in my womb. I experienced a very soothing relief of pain. My baby and I are very appreciative of Dr. Yoza’s gift of healing. Thank you, Dr. Yoza.
