In 2003, we rescued a 6 yr. old male lab-mixed dog from Kamehameha Hwy. in Pearl City. We took him to the Humane Society since he was micro-chipped and hoped he could be reunited with his family.
After 9 days, nobody claimed him, hence, we adopted him into our family and named him Nalo.

We noticed that Nalo had a difficult time getting up from a sitting position and would limp on his left hind leg.
We took him to the vet and he was put on anti-inflammatory medication which he would be on for the rest of his life.
After 4 years of treatment, and slow increases in dosage, it came to a point where Nalo was given the maximum amount of dosage for his weight, but still had effects of the pain.

The receptionist working for the vet introduced us to Dr. Yoza in 2007.
We had nothing to lose and decided to try his treatment on Nalo.
After the first few treatments, we could see improvement in Nalo’s walking.
After 3 months, Nalo was walking and running around pain free without medication!
