Miss Y.Y. Japanese woman (Twenties) Systemic Lupus Erythematosus  (illness 10 years) In January 1998, all of a sudden I became very sick. I had a very high fever and a severe headache that I had never felt before. This lasted for many days. Actually, I don’t remember those days so much because my symptoms were just very bad.

When I went to the hospital, I was told to be admitted to the hospital immediately. I was inserted an intravenous line and was medicated so much that I didn’t know what they were for.
At first, I was told my disease was cerebral meningitis. Not to mention walking, I could not even stand up nor could move my fingers. I also had difficulty speaking. Then later, my disease was identified. My doctor-in-charge told me it was Systemic Lupus Erythematosus.

As I had never heard of such disease, I was very much shocked. But controlling predonine (adrenal cortical hormone) and immune suppressing-drugs should keep me alive. Therefore, I told myself “Can’t be helped.” and kept taking medicine. Predonine, however, had terrible side-effects. My face became like the moon, I lost so much hair, and put on fat around the waistline. I had to wrestle with side-effects all the time, which made me feel depressed.
Then I met Dr. Yoza in September, 2007 for the first time.

When I was treated by him, I felt my whole body get hot, which made me comfortable. Since then I have been treated by Dr. Yoza several times a year.
Whenever I get a treatment from him, my examination result shows better figures. My doctor keeps saying, “Let’s reduce medicine.” At first I took 25mg of predonine and one tablet of an immune suppressing drug a day, but now I take only 7.5mg of predonine and one table of the other medicine once every three days.

Here is great news for me, thanks to Dr. Yoza. After I became ill, I missed my periods (menstrual) for a long time. But my periods came back again. I was really happy.

My doctor-in-charge noticed the change on me and my records, so he asked me what I have been doing. I don’t have to worry about any side-effects of the treatment Dr. Yoza does. Because there is none. His treatment is so gentle and warm to the body as well as to the mind.

I will keep taking his treatment and must get rid of the disease.
